Dr. Courtney is the best!! I came to her about 6 months ago because I was desperate to stop leakage when exercising. I am a very active person, and since having a child nearly 7 years ago I’ve had issues with urgency and leakage.

I saw a traditional pelvic floor physical therapist and always did kegels on my back. That is all good and well, but I am used to running, jumping, hiking, dancing, and weight training and the kegels alone were not cutting it.

Courtney and Renee worked with me to find exercises that would first strengthen my deep core. From there the exercises built on each other and I worked my way up to doing box jumps and sprints with no leakage. It took a lot of time and effort, but both Courtney and Renee were there every step of the way!
