I’m a doctor of physical therapy, pelvic floor specialist, and strength coach who’s all about helping women run again without the dreaded “oops, did I just–?”
I built Three Sixty Wellness because I was tired of seeing women stuck in the same rehab loops—given the same five exercises as the 80-year-old next to them in physiotherapy and wondering why they weren’t seeing results. Women deserve better.
