Doctor of Physical Therapy, pelvic floor specialist, strength coach, and the person who will absolutely bring up pelvic health over coffee.
You can have a doctorate, all the certifications, and years of experience and still fall short of helping your clients.
Before diving deep into pelvic health, I spent years in the fitness world watching women get stuck in rehab routines that never actually got them back to feeling strong.
Their struggles were brushed aside by practitioners who just wanted to funnel them through the door of their office (as if a bombshell like you could be treated like that!)
I saw the frustration, the setbacks, the constant cycle of trying to “fix” things without real progress. And believe me, I get it—I’ve been there, too.
