Courtney was great to have for the 15 weeks leading up to birth which really helped contribute to a better labor. I felt stronger because of all the exercises and breathing skills she gave me leading up to birth.
Postpartum, Courtney was able to help me regain a lot of my strength and because of her therapy I stopped having any type of bladder leakage or pelvic pain during activities.
