3. Functional Lab Testing and Practitioner-Led Hormone and Gut Healing
This is the piece that most coaching programs completely skip. We work with a specialized practitioner to run functional lab testing that looks at your hormones, your gut health, your metabolism, and the internal systems that directly affect how your body responds to training, recovers from stress, and holds on to or releases weight. Because you can do every workout perfectly and eat exactly right — and if your hormones are dysregulated or your gut is inflamed, your body will not respond the way it should.
